Ghentist Bar at Gentrepreneur

Gentrepreneur and Durf Ondernemen from Ghent University organised an event last Wednesday evening called 'Starting with Entrepreneurship', supporting all Ghent student entrepreneurs in starting their own business. Speakers from organisations including Xerius and SBB explained the steps you need to take to embark on the entrepreneurial path. As Ghent student entrepreneurs and a Ghent local product, we naturally couldn't be absent. The evening was concluded with a Ghentist-Tonic and a snack at a cosy networking event!

We too, as The Ghentist, took our first steps with Gentrepreneur and Durf Ondernemen by our side. Gentrepreneur is an initiative of Arteveldehogeschool, HOGENT, Ghent University and the City of Ghent, where student entrepreneurs are coached in building their own business. As a student enterprise, we also owe a great deal to these organisations that demonstrate that studying at Ghent University and entrepreneurship in our city go hand in hand!
