Do you deliver to my address, or can I choose a pickup point?
Both options are possible! We deliver directly to your door throughout Belgium and the Netherlands, but at checkout you can also choose a pickup or collection point if that's more convenient.
How quickly is my order delivered?
Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days. You'll receive a track & trace code as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and payment by bank transfer. All transactions are fully secured.
Can I pay with a Ghent gift voucher (Gent Code)?
Yes! Enter your Gent Code in the 'Discount code' field at checkout, and the amount is applied automatically to your total. Any remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer. You'll find a short reminder above the checkout button on the cart page.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind after receipt. Unopened products can be returned without any hassle. Send us an email at info@theghentist.com and we'll sort it out for you.

You can! We engrave your name, logo or initials on the bottle's cap. Ideal as a personal gift or a stylish corporate present.
