Koophandelsplein 32, Ghent β A few months ago, Ghent became home to another unique spot! Three friends from Ghent launched their own restaurant with French influences in a Ghent setting.
Come and enjoy right opposite the old Palace of Justice at one of the first Seafood bars of Ghent. You will find seafood with a creative touch in a βsharing conceptβ.
On the menu, you will find a wide range of seafood dishes. It is recommended to take about 3 dishes per person. Our personal favourites are:

De Blauwe Artisjok
Gaversesteenweg 182, Merelbeke β A few kilometres outside the centre, you can dine wonderfully with hostess Nathalie and chef Kurt. Here you will find a refined and excellent Belgian cuisine complemented by warm hospitality.
On the menu you will always find a seasonal suggestion menu, a market menu and a business menu. The dishes have a French cuisine approach, but are unique with the chef's own touch. He also turns each dish into a unique and tantalising work of art.
De Rave
Schepenhuisstraat 2, Ghent β You can enjoy a cosy dining experience in a homely setting with the French-Belgian cuisine of restaurant De Rave. The restaurant is located in central Ghent in a small cosy side street. This way, you can enjoy a peaceful and homely experience right in the centre.
They always work with a set menu that changes monthly. You can choose whether or not to have an intermediate course and/or paired wines.
Restaurant Cocotte

The cuisine of Restaurant Cocotte is typified by a beautiful blend of European-Classic with Asian accents. The signature dishes of Cocotte are the corn cake with smoked oyster mushroom and mushroom emulsion and the Japanese pancake with pan-fried foie gras.

Noah
Handelsdokkaai 16/W, Ghent β In the Old Docks of Ghent, the ship of Ingrid & Sigrid bobs on the water. They converted their own ship into a unique setting where you can enjoy culinary delights of Italian cuisine.
At Noah, they work with Pop-up events, starting with their new concept βItalian Autumnβ from 28 June. In October, you can enjoy the pure βItalian cuisineβ with authentic fresh pasta from βDa Loryβ.
Mub'art
Fernand Scribedreef 1, Ghent β A lover of Ghent-Belgian-French cuisine? Then you should book a table at Mub'art quickly, right opposite the SMAK.
Here they work with local and seasonal dishes in the form of both a restaurant and brasserie kitchen. So every week there is a new seasonal offering from the chefs.
Our favourite on the menu? The Vitello tonnato with a Ghent touch. The dish is served with micro greens from the Ghent urban farm Pacha Greens β deliciously local!
