Shipping options
We do our utmost best to ship within 1 to 2 business days after the order has been placed, provided it was placed before 17:00 and payment was made by credit card. If you opt for payment by bank transfer, the order will be shipped after payment has been received by The Ghentist.

Delivery is provided by bpost and can be delivered to your home or picked up at the nearest postal point. Delivery is free for orders above a certain amount (see our webshop for current thresholds). Delivery times depend on the destination and are usually 1-3 business days within Belgium.

For international shipments, different rates and delivery times may apply. These will be displayed during checkout.
