Gin Mojito

Ingredients:
- 5cl The Ghentist gin
- 3cl lime juice
- 2cl cane sugar syrup
- 12cl sparkling water
- Crushed ice
- Mint leaves
Instructions:
Fill a glass with crushed ice.
Pour 5cl The Ghentist gin and 3cl lime juice over the ice.
Add 2cl cane sugar syrup and a few mint leaves.
Stir gently with a spoon.
Pour 12cl sparkling water into the glass and stir again.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Serve with a straw. Enjoy!
